About the House

Welcome to the ideal single-family home rental in Springfield, Massachusetts! My home is a ranch that was built in 1955 and has since been restored. The livable square footage is 864 ft².

The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood; however, it is close to downtown Springfield, which perfectly balances convenient access to major shopping and attractions while still being able to enjoy the comforts of a single-family home.

My home has central AC and heat, as well as a kitchen fully stocked with cooking tools! I love to cook, so I provided as much as I can fit! I also provide many amenities and single-use items to make my guests’ stay more comfortable.

The home has a concrete slab foundation, so there is no basement. Since it is on a slab, I recommend bringing a pair of house slippers for added comfort.

The Neighborhood

Liberty Heights is an established residential neighborhood that reflects Springfield’s expansion during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Its streets feature a varied collection of historic and traditional New England architecture, including Craftsman, Colonial Revival, Tudor Revival, Cape Cod-style, and ranch homes.

Today, the neighborhood combines that residential character with convenient access to Springfield’s major destinations. Liberty Heights is close to I-291 and the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90), providing easy connections throughout Western Massachusetts and into Connecticut. Guests are also a short drive from downtown Springfield, Baystate Medical Center, Mercy Medical Center, the Basketball Hall of Fame, Springfield Museums, MGM Springfield, and Union Station. Nearby Van Horn Park provides additional green space and recreation.

Liberty Heights offers an ideal balance: a residential setting away from the activity of downtown while keeping shopping, dining, hospitals, attractions, colleges, and major highways within easy reach!

PETS: Yes! I do allow 1 dog per reservation. If you have more than one, please message me before confirming your reservation.
The area is quiet and contains primarily residential homes. The location offers unbeatable accessibility, with local shopping, dining, and entertainment options just a short drive away. One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Grace period with FREE cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 14 days away at time of booking.
Travel insurance is encouraged and available to purchase during the reservation process.
- Primary booker must be at least 21 years old at the time of booking.
- 50% of the reservation total will be due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be due 14 days prior to arrival. (100% of the reservation cost will be due if the reservation is booked less than 14 days from arrival.)
- A photo of a valid government ID (driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID)
- A Security deposit hold of $350. Scheduled 2 days before check in. The deposit is released 4 days after departure if no damage occurs.
- Signed Short-Term Rental Lease Agreement agreeing to house policies.
To complete the booking and access the home on your arrival day, the above requirements and 100% of the reservation total must be finalized.
